OFFICE | Acquired in 1979, this 1,166 sqm monumental office was our first headquarters. Located on one of Utrecht’s most iconic avenues, it was redeveloped by Mecanoo Architects in 1999 and leased since 2000.

HOTEL | Blakeburg is a brutalist building in a prime Rotterdam location, set to be redeveloped by Flow Real Estate from office space into a hotel. BORON is one of the project partners.

OFFICE | London property in Knightsbridge, acquired in 2018 and located just around the corner from Harrods. Currently occupied by BORON participation Nicolas Van Patrick Ltd, a local boutique estate agency.
