BORON, the investment company of the J.A. Fentener van Vlissingen family, has increased its stake in the software platform Omniboxx to a majority holding. With this strategic investment, Omniboxx can further strengthen its market-leading position and expand its digital real estate management solutions both nationally and internationally.
Ambitious growth plans
Omniboxx has been known for over 15 years as the leading and most comprehensive platform for digital real estate management. The platform processes more than €1 billion in rental income annually. Wilbert Broekman, Managing Director of BORON, says: “Omniboxx has proven itself as a strong player in the market. Our investment creates room for further growth and innovations such as artificial intelligence (AI) and the automation of customer processes.”
Innovation and customization
Jan-Jaap Wennekes, founder of Omniboxx, adds: “With BORON’s expertise and support, we can accelerate the realization of our ambitious goals and respond even better to the needs of our clients.” Omniboxx will soon unlock 300 new data points, significantly simplifying the implementation of new projects. Advanced solutions such as Power BI integrations and AI applications will also be added. “This will allow us to continue leading the way in our sector,” Wennekes concludes.
